Sorghum Color Sorter
Defective seeds are separated from
sorghum seeds using Spectrum S-4001 Sorghum Color Sorter machine. Sorghum is an important staple food.
Sorghum
color sorter is mostly used in food processing industries. Pre-stored complex
sorting algorithms are used in the machine. This machine is reliable, robust
and exhibits high performance.
Working:
- The product is fed into the sorghum color sorter. A sophisticated high resolution line scan camera images sorghum seeds at the speed of up to 10,000 scans per second. The resulting image of the camera is displayed on a user friendly TFT display screen. The data of the product is matched with the preset parameters defined by the user. The defective seeds and flaws are identified and thrown out through a separate outlet using an ejector.
